While everyone is focusing on the boring aerobic cardio routines, you can do these intense and fun routines in only a few minutes, while reaping the rewards hours after the workout is done. In this video I outline a training routine I call &#8220;Explosive Legs&#8221;. This routine includes Bodyweight Squats Front Lunges Step Ups Squat Jumps Done in circuit fashion as fast as possible.
